Harper didn't steal a speech from Howard, a lazy speech writer who worked for Harper stole a speech from Howard; and he was fired for it. Do you think that Dion or Layton speak impromptu or something? Lol. They all have speech writers who have, without doubt, plagiarized and appropriated another politician's speech.

Thank god you are only 11 and cannot vote. You can't even spell the word conservative! And could you truly answer this question? They are asking two different ones if you listen closely. And the answer would differ considerably depending on which question was asked. If he meant starting today, the answer would outline plans that would commence from the current date. If he meant previously, it would pertain to a different point in time, different situation and therefore, different actions.

If any of you believe that it was Steve Murphy's decision you guys are so misinformed... It was the decision of CTV executives in Toronto and the news executives in Halifax, neither of which includes Steve. That's a fact.

I had the Highest respect for Steve Murphy at CTV but now that respect has gone down the drain! IF YOU PROMISE SOMEONE MR.
