I had anxiety for 2 years then moved to Italy where a doc said I had MVP. Only 38, but it could be worse. This song is great - knowing I am not alone. :)

so confused, what does this have to do with mvp? Although I couldn't really understand the words either....

This video and the musical arrangement is a working example as part of the book "Logic Pro 8", to teach you advanced techniques in learning Apple's Logic Pro application. It's on the companion DVD. I hadn't seen/heard of Joe's music before, but after editing and re-mixing it last night, I really got to liking it! Well done, Joe!

How is it depressing? Sure it's slow, but Joe's voice and the instrumental effects make the music flow very well. It's not depressing, it's ambient.

Okay. lol. Yeah I have heart palpatations close to everyday and they last like fricken 40 mins long and will start during the most random times, I also pass out at random times because of it. I only get panic attacks when I have a fever.

I worded that kind of funky: I didn't mean that it makes the patient thin, but I was instead trying to be positive about the cards that I've been dealt (I have MVP too. But I have the hardest time with the panic attacks and heat). :)
