I dont know, ive heard Aretha in her prime, she was good and its debateable, but id take Annie.

I love, adore, and cherish Annie too and I would even dare say that Aretha in her prime would blow ANYONE away. Annie did her absolute best during their duet but couldn't hang with THE diva. She deserved to be next to her though. "Here Comes the Rain Again" is my all-time favourite Eurythmics song. However, even if Aretha covered it; it would suffer in comparison.

Annie Lennox + Dave Stewart = icon and a genius. Thank God to them and the 80's decade are worth remembering. Now this present era is about to suffer from depression and the quality of music is also depressing and non-sense. Time machine anyone?

Annie Lenox is the best!!!!!!!

Man i would match Annies voice then against anyone i ever heard. Christina, Tina, Mariah, Pink, Whitney, and anyone else. Whose got a stronger voice in their prime??

Hell yeah! Im hetero and from the 80's and had a thing for Annie way back. As musician I love women with strong voices and that includes Annie. She rocks and the history of Eurythmic hits shows it. Dave made the music Annie blew our world.
