One reason why the old school music is so much better is because these were REAL bands. not computers. There was someone really playing the drums, not a drum box, there was someone really playing the horns, not a "brass" or "woodwind" program on the keyboard. The singing was REAL and authentic, not something that was "tweaked" in tune with a computer. When these bands gave concerts it sounded just as good as the recording because they really sang and played the instruments.

One of the great ones from Con Funk Shun. These guys had a gang of hits and many of them slow grooves this ranks right up there with best of them. I mean the lyrical content is on point, talk about mackin'. This here is MacDaddy to the max. Once again that vunaralbiltiy that is so very lacking in today's music. And that guitar solo, whew!
