My children are part Mandan, if any one has any information they would share as to how to get to get hold of the Manadan Nation, that would be great, I would like for them to know about all their different heritage

Those foods you mentioned are indigenous based. I am not from mexico though. My taino ancestors live in the caribbean. There are also caribs living there. there use to be ciboney and guathohey. But when the spaniords came we were inslaved and became what is called classic tainos. We are a mixture of three tribes and some of us also have some carib ancesotory. But for the most part the caribs live in the lesser antilles. My aztec sister we need to do what it take to remove this hisanic label.

Thank you for your kind words, I also are like you. some of the great foods that most enjoy today where. made by the Aztec's, corn tostilas, menudo, rice beans. my aunt told us that where Aztec, that was a long time agao. so i looked it up, she is so right. thanks again..
