Annex Canada? Hey, I can appreciate a Canada joke as well as the next guy, but let's not piss off all our traditional friends and allies. If we Americans can't even get along with the Canadians, then we truly cannot get along with anybody. The only ones who have the right to be pissed off at the Canadians are the Native Americans whose land Canada is sitting on. Count me as one resident of Upper Mexico who appreciates our Canadian cousins. Hey, they gave us SCTV and Gordon Lightfoot too.
