yes i know that i work for discount tire. but even then like i said if your just getting light amounts of snow a good all season its more than antique

Yes you do. Snow tires not only provide better grip in the snow, but their compounds are designed so that the tires remain pliable in cold temperatures. All-Seasons and Summers harden, significantly minimizing grip.

Oh and if you are a good driver and dont have some cheepo allseason tire you dont need a snow tire, unless i can see if you were on the northern east coast or up north.

when you drive on snow, ice, gravel, it is better to disabled the abs so the car would skid, this makes the tires sink and maximize the surface of friction.
