And most important of all, that you (or the relevant iDance owner you are complaining on behalf of here) sent a written request explaining your grievance and seeking an out-of-court resolution from your office, with date (certified mail) and this iDance refused to cooperate.

No it doesn't. If you name your company glaxosmiTHKliNe, the internationally-known GlaxoSmithKline could almost certainly sue you.
If you have some issue with their use of iDance, have the owner of the other iDance file a law suit against them proving that either:
1) Your iDance has a national trademark on the use of that name,
2) That the success of your iDance company inherently grants it such a trademark
3) That this iDance knowingly used the name to reap the benefits of your iDance
