We don't know the genetic make-up of the Hyuugas. It's different from the other clans. Why do the other Hyuuga members look a lot like each other, yet, their bloodline is pure AND they don't have abnormalities?
Yes, I know they're half-siblings, but does Kishimoto want to disappoint majority of his Japanese fans who support NejiHina? No.
