It is good to see that throbbing gristle and kraftwerk are getting the respect they deserve .
They are really such brilliant bands . The pioneers of a new genre .
Ohgr rocks too . I wish they had more ohgr songs on here .
They do not even h ave a full length of pore! :-(

Strange you should mention it, I've seen Kraftwerk pop up on a few comment strings on youtube lately (probably helps when watching stuff like Gary Numan, lol) and I've even seen Throbbing Gristle pop up a couple of times! :)

Maybe he pushed that sound to its limits at the time, but even if he did (and I'm a fan of both NIN and N.Ogre) with the constant progression of music in all aspects there should certainly be room for yet newer sounds. Once we say there's nothing more to be done, nothing more can be done -- we've defeated ourselves.

ohGr is amazing.

NIN Ghosts I-V is an album worth listening to.

Wouldn't it be cool if Reznor stopped sucking and made an album worth listening to again?
lacrahuntington (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
This song is OK, nothing impresive.
I love Industrial but we have to admit that Trent reznor killed this genre when he released The Downward Spiral.
He pushed that sound to its limits that after that album there was nothing elso to be done.
NIN is just so fucking awesome.
Trent is a genius.
Gotta listen to the influences like throbbling gristle.
