It's space debris; there's tons of it up there, and it's a constant concern for shuttle crews and the ISS. You can see it really good around 1:44 because the sun is reflecting off of it. It's not changing direction either, that's a perception caused by the nature of each indidual orbit.
Apparently a bunch of crap floating around in space is enough to convince some people there are reptilian beings hell-bent on controlling humanity...hey, I've got some AIG stock to sell you!

in others opinion it is not evident that if they want to make relationship they'd try with human. look at the animals. elephants and dolphins. nearly as intelligents as us.
