the clock would stay at the same rate but that clock actually relies on time to work, but an ordinary clock just bases its timing with time so no it would not slow down.

i simply do not agree that if a phenomenon affects an instrument, that phenomenon affects all objects including your own body. Any instrument can be easily influenced to measure something wrong. |
