It lies in his ability to do his job and do it well. hmmm i kinda like than... *writes down* You could find many faults in all leaders, we are human and we cannot expect one person to be perfect... People will find the faults in BO and use them to determine his greatness... no matter who would have won their greatness would have been determined that way... :D

the government is the most destructive force. Why? because they only have themselves and their debts and deficits to care about. A government wont hesitate cutting funding from a program just to save themselves...
