I used to take lessons from Freddie in the 80's @ his house in the Valley, was always drummers waiting for their turn...Johnny Vatos (Oingo Boingo) Drummer for the Knack etc. Him and Buddy Rich were good friends Once Buddy was there when I was taking a lesson and it really freaked me out. Funny I never really saw Freddie play he was more a teacher and terribly impatient.
