The Zoom SB-246 is FREAKIN SWEET! There is NO other hip hip unit on the market that does what the 246 can for $179.00

whats the chain on your setup?

I'd have to politely disagree with you on this one. I've owned an MS-2000 and liked it, but there were midi timing issues and the only advantage soundwise that the MS has is the 16 step modulation sequesncer (that wouldn't reliably sync to midi clock, I had Rev.A BTW, I heard problem fixed with Rev.B?), other than that it sounded a bit 'digital', and didn't capture that analog 'smoothness' that the ion\micron does...Ditto for the MicroKorg, it just doesn't have the 'ummph' that I'm looking for..

I hate to contradict IncrediRyan, but if your asking if Micron has Drum Sounds, YES! They are analog drumsounds, no 'real' acoustic sounding drums, but techno kicks, blips, synth snares etc it does do...
Can you record a loop, Yes! You cannot sample with the micron, but you record "phrases' (which is your live playing on the Micron) and trigger them from the keyboard with transpostion! The Micron also has a step sequencer and arpeggiator..

Hi and thanks for the video, I just purchased a Zoom RT-223 drum machine, nice to see that it has a pretty good sound.
