The astronaught said it was space debris and he was right ,thats all there was .The debris (from the snapped tether )was filmed with incorrect camera settings ,which he fixed b4 the end of the film .please watch my video

why the orbs look the same? they are small particles of space debris (dust), and like snowflakes, they appear the same. And they appear discs because what you see is the airy disc of unfocused image of dust paticle. They have notches the same when they are in the same position in the frame, look harder. Cause: mechanical caracteristics in lens construction, and defocused airy disc shape mimics the shape of lens aperture

pulsating efect...the dust particles may have constant rotational motions so, in the sunlight, they periodically reflect much or less light. Add to this the de-focus phenomen in the lens (the dust are near the lens, not in the depth of field (especially at zoom setting). add to this differemnt periodically patterns of light difraction and interference in the structure of the airy disc.

and, at these altitudes, there is still a very small atmospheric drag which affect little dust particles more than the shuttle, making little changes in ecentricities of the trajectory. (in several months, dust particles fall to earth and burn in high atmosphere), and the shuttle which is more massive, have much more inertia, (but, you know, ISS have to raise the orbit from time to time because the same little atmosferic drag). changing trajectory of the orbs...in smooth transition: because they are individual dust particles, and have individual orbits (balistic trajectory around the earth if you want). Different trajectories may have different eccentriticies which varies in time when shuttle and dusty cloud system orbit the earth (8 km / sec if you understand this),

on google there is a 90 min film which show this video and more, its real people not space junk not ice not dust. the tether was about 70 miles away these things were huge and can be seen going in front and behind the tether, other clips of the film shows them appering and dissapering in sevral different locations. a follow up video says emf is thought to be used with light to speed up the speed in which light travels by 100 times. discs exactley the same shape have been found in egyption tombs.

Oh and by the way. These things are pulsating. My personal opinion: Very advanced extraterrestrial vehicles and occupants who have figured out how to travel vast distances through space.
