The remark made by Tank611(which seems designed simply to agitate others here) that "The police acted appropriately." bespeaks the warped mindset of the user. L.A. Chief Bratton was quoted as saying the melee was "a command and control breakdown," and went on to form an Incident Management & Training Bureau, headed by the Deputy Chief.
