i wasnt saying youre american. i was talkin about armstrongone sayin winnipeg is 600,000 with 27 murders, thus murder rate is less than 3 per 100k, when really winnipeg proper is about 24, compared to 15 of minneapolis.

right. north end is 52,000 and west is 54,000 and there was about 24 murders together. you addst. vital, where im from, where theres not a tough person outside of morrow, st. james, westwood, assiniboia, and on with hundreds of thousands probably, there was one murder last year and on they aint fuckin ghetto. thats what annoys me with you fucking americans talking shit about how winnipeg aint shit cause of all the suburbs included and you only add the inner city for detroit and shit
