Jefferson...you are trying too hard my man...I use to trade like a mad man on a daily basis till I realized my buy/short, set the stop and adjust the stop to lock in your profits and let the trade play itself out account was doing 40% better then the actively traded accounts. Here are a few long term plays that IMHO are worth looking at: Long- NGAS, GW, GSS, OTD, QLD, HMY, GFI, NTO, AZK Short- CFC, PPC, TSCO, SPF, TOL, SAFM.

Finally took a close look at todays action and had to laugh. It seems this rally is based on fed comments? Everyday the media comes up with some rational for why teh market is doing what it is doing, but the fed...please. All signs point to a slowing economy, but Bernake's hype is enough to pump the market? Well I guess since the future of America depends on Ecnonomic performance it his job to pump the market. Personally i am not buying it.
