I agree. Why? B/c most men are sexist (and racist, who get's killed 1st?), and guess who directing usually.... The rich white male. Alot of action films don't really require much acting....at least as far as emotions are concerend. They lack character development, and plot, and are mostly a game of cat & mouse (which doesn't require any real talent). Few male actors, esp. the action stars, really knows how to act, and yet they make more money. (Leonardo DeCaprio being 1 excpetion to the rule)

Many actors are spoiled brats, I give you that but, not all of them (or any group 4 that matter) are that way. Nicole, unlike Tom she seems to be genuinely nice, & sincere. In interviews, and ect. she takes things w/ grace, & humor, where as Tom doesn't, which kind og hints that, unlike Tom, who got offended at a guy shooting water at him w/ a fake mic, she's not an egomaniac. Idk, she is a good actress so I could argue it's an act but, why not be fair & give ppl the benifit of the doubt?

(hate these word limits) Nicole's 1 of the few not only talented but choosey actors that if she's n the movie, u know it'll be good. Very few actors can claim that feat today. Perhaps it's not all their fault b/c the right script takes luck,(and how many of them are out there today?) and if they want to make it maybe they can't wait around for all the time but, part of it's talent, and be savvy enough to choose the right stuff, and Nicoles both tallented & smart in choosing the good stuff.

I'm highly against censorship. Sex & violence can be good when inhances the movie but, when used as space filler, or 2lure ppl n b/c it's the easiest surefire way2do so & u skip on important things like character development & plot, the artistic purpose is lost.When hollywood started it was about art,& actually saying something but,what do most movies say today? Where's their artistic marit?

I agree. A select few buisness & things start, not just 4 the $ but, w/ a purer motive, such to give ppl a good product, or as art but, when they become big money making buisnesses that's soon lost. It quickly becomes all about the $ (even Hollywood religions such as scientology are all about the $). Things, like movies, are now made only to sell, not to challange, inlighten, or express a point of veiw... Movies are now more product than art...

She doesn't charge the same for each movie she makes. She charged much less for small indie movies like "Dogville", "Birthday Girl", "Margot at the Wedding", etc. Still she makes less than male actors. She is a better actress than clowns like Tom Cruise so good for her if she makes money.

Nicole Kidman is a power player just as Tom cruise is a power player. What hope or social redemption do Tom and Nicole give people in their films? None. Nicole has built her reputation around killing men and forwarding empire through film to make a financial killing.

Nicole Kidman is a talented actress. She shows a committment and versatility many actors aspire to prove today. But people are fed up with actors and Hollywood. Hollywood is grossly agenda driven and places a cynical commitment toward building an empire in America. Empire building.The quality of human life and the value we place upon it has been intercepted by a small few in hollywood and the American people both blindly and knowingly follow it dollar by dollar.
