Thank you Dr. Mercola and Lucy. I look forward to cooking ideas, as I am trying to convert over to Mercola's plan for eating.

Hi Lucy,
Thanks for an excellent presentation. I guess you're English - and so am I.
In your various presentations it would be good if you could describe foods by their UK names as well as their USA ones. The ingredients for some of the recipes in Dr. Mercola's book are hard to identify if you don't live in the States!
All the best, and thank you
Dr. David Brand

Thank you so much for starting this video series. I have been interested in changing my diet over to all raw and need ideas how to get started. I have chemical sensitivities and have started to detox but feel that eating raw will be of great benefit in this area. Your statement about how overwhelming a diet change can be rings true for me in this process. Thanks for helping me through this ordeal.

I am a 52 year old former "eat whatever is placed in front of me kind of guy". I had chronic heartburn, weight issues and usually felt "blah". During this past year I have become a regular subscriber to Dr. Mercola as well as to the Weston Price Foundation. My motto is now "eat nothing refined, processed or out of a box and consume only organic or pesticide free fruits, vegatables, grains, meats and raw dairy products" I have never been heatlhier, happier or in better shape.

Lucy, thank you. You are a pleasure to watch. I love cooking shows, so I am very interested to see how someone who feels differently will present their recipes! Perhaps you could include information on sprouting seeds in your series, I think that would be helpful to many folks.

There is a Raw Recipe for Pistachio Halvah that is excellent. I found it in The Complete Book of Raw Food. The recipe is as follows: 2 cups raw tahini, 1/2 cup raw honey, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 cup raw shelled pistachios. Add all ingredients except pistachios to food processor with an "S" blade. Mix and then fold in pistachios. Shape into loaf pan and refrigerate for 2 hours. Slice into pieces and serve. I look forward to hearing more recipes. ENJOY!
