Exactly. But the general opinion is that it is. MCR, Fallout boy, Panic at the disco, etc. They are not emo. But they have gotten that sterotype. Emo bands are Rites of Spring, Still Life, and other bands are of the original emo music genre. No one these days even have a clue what emo music really is.
