There are countless examples of species killing 'their own' as a matter of routine. Lions for example will always kill another Lions cubs, cannablilism among the preying mantis, certain sharks, spiders, birds and other species are also routine behaviour.
By comparison, humans can look pretty civilised

Perhaps it shows what the inevitable consequence of handing violent criminals a completely defencless population to prey upon?

sC1990f, are you joking when you say animals don't kill each other? Meerkats, common and cute, actually live in tribes that compete. When a tribe needs everyone to hunt, they leave their young with 1 or 2 babysitters and the litter of babies. Competing tribes, if they're alerted to this absence, will come in & murder all babies, rape the babysitters and then, sometimes, kill the sitter after raping her. Face it... animals are vicious and humans are not magical beings -- we're animals, too.

Guns are relatively easy to make. Even if Britain succeeds in stopping gun imports to civilians (very unlikely), people will simply start making home made guns. That's on the rise in China. Look, you can bury your head in the sand and pretend your kids will never touch guns and sex if you just pass another law. But, the truth is you need to lightly regulate and permit its usage and educate children at a young age to show its capability to commit devastation, but its sporting nature, as well.

It seems many people have been moved by this film. It's creator should be justifiably pleased. This film has been in circulation for almost four months. The TV show's were informative and interesting. The anti knife march in London at the weekend was presumably a positive experience for those involved.
Has any of this reduced violent crime in the UK? |
