Exactly Mer. is trying to stick to the luxury side of things here by making the c63 sedan. Its fast but I consider more for driving around town lol not on the track. M3 is very sporty, with limited luxury features. I mean look at the CSL.

well you got to understand that those amgs were built with high speed autobahn cruising in mind, they always have been, its not until now that they are doing more things to make them more track potent, limited slip dif., sport tuned suspension etc. it just depends on what you plan to do with the car. m3 has better potential with a track, c63 also is good for track but better for highspeed straits. but also m3 is a coupe, the C is a sedan, so that is another diff.

u can buy a chip from AMG that brings the power up to 520 hp

i agree...i see mercs as luxury cars with a sporty edge and BMW's as sports cars with a lux edge. You really see this play out in handling. Going straight is boring...handling corners at high speed take skill.

From what I know, there is no such thing as a CLS 65 AMG. There is a CL65 AMG and a CLS63 AMG but I don't think there is a CLS 65

I still preffer the m3 as i got an E93 with DKG by my own. Also i think Mercedes is a Car for Chilling not speeding... bmw is xD. Btw never met a C63 AMG on streets here in Germany, but my Naighboor got an CLS 65 AMG, still not a sportscar in my eyes.
Can you tell me what is Topspeed of the Benz without Vmax? Drove my E93 around 300 till now.
