I woke up this morning tired,and I decided to youtube weight lose with PCOS, and saw your video. Thanks for posting because I really was SO TIRED... I am tired of gaining weight and tired of people not understanding what it feels like to have PCOS.Especially when I was always a normal weight and in 2 years gained 70 pounds. But thanks for the video.

Omg, I freaked out at the high glycemic index list! I eat so many of those foods daily! I just ate bagels and jelly beans today!

Simply AMAZING! You are truly and blessing and inspiration to us all. I too suffer with PCOS and I am really at my wits end. I don't want to have to take meds the rest of my lift to "control" it. I want it and the weight to be GONE! Good luck on your journey...

dont give up!!! i dont believe that it is ever too late to try something (ANYTHING!) if she can do it, i dont see why we cant. we have to stick together on this one, and support each other through this...noone can do it alone... :-)) smile! we will do it together!
