There aren't many solid proof to confirm that the RED group is actually formed by the government, the fact that they disagree with PAD spark the thought of them being government tool, which is unconfirm.

I did not make bullshit without evidence, i believe you heard news about PAD member assaulting other people who disagree with them, steal police's firearms, not to mention numerous threat and minor disputes.

Everything from toothpick to battleship can be a weapon, you see, any object whether man made or not if they are in the hand of a person, it can be a weapon, surely you can knock someone senseless with a dictionary, in this case weapons are bats and knives, plank of woods, chains.
