Sorry if I take this personally but I was abused as a child and if not for CPS I might be dead. The removed me based on risk not an incident. CPS have to give all parents a chance to work services and show they can be protective most parents don't tell you that becuase they do not want to admit they failed the services or didn't do them. Thank you CPS for saving me.

lovepeaceful1, the extra money that they could have for a home is being taken out of their tax money and paying the state instead to warehouse the child. The taxpayers money is going towards paying paid for hire strangers to help the states kidnap children instead of going to assist with the biological parents. Lets not forget all of the bonuses and rewards that the states profit from the child. Thats where their money is that could be for a house.

hard to say she wanted a chance but we can't give people a chance with a helples child so i need to know what proof they have that they are a extreme risk , that is the only way u should take a child a newborn child who hasn't had proof the kid needs to bond or it will be screwed up for ever i advise move from texas

being poor isnt any reason to take children, but why are you having more children if you cant even afford a place to live? you cant live in a motel with more than one child, i am sorry everyone but where is there extra money these people are suppose to be saving for a home for there children?
p.s. i agree cps is a criminal company for money they target the poor most of all.

i too live in san antonio texas and my cild was taken for her mom and i was never given a chance and was place whit the grandma because the mother wanted her to place her .when ask case worker why they said the mother had a say so even if the mother was beating her kids and was tested for drugs ,and was on drugs.
