I don't think its over flexed as the horse's head is still on the vertical, only if the horses head is behind the vertical then its over flexed. This friesian also has a very thick crested neck so i think that is why it seems to be over flexed.

What a beautiful horse and program. Loooove the extended trot and the little butt jump he does sometimes when he changes leads. Great great vid, thanks for sharing!

Hey folks, It's a lot more efficient to look at how he moves from back to front (magnificent) than to look at his head carriage. Also informative to look at how much freedom the stallion has in his jowls. With less freeedom here it can easily seem as though he's overflexed.

I don't think he overdid it, stallions uually have a much more rounded neck then most other breeds, ontop of the head carriage being a lot higher, so this isn't bad at all, this is just how he carries himself. I think he did awesome and is a very gorgeous horse.
