i'm still using only vegas 6.0 and reached maybe only 40-50% of what i get out of it, i assume.
I have no clue about avisynth yet and didn't work with AVID for years, also don't have the hardware for it yet. For encoding i use SUPER,
downloading samples with DownloadHelper/ Firefox add-ons.
