His correct name is Brawl. Devastator was what the Contructicons combined to form. His name should have been Brawl but Michael Bay fucked that part up even after many people pointed out the mistake, he still wanted to keep Brawl named as Devastator.

Barricade has been confirmed for the next film. A second cop car different from Barricade has been seen on the set multiple times from what web sites are reporting. So it's pretty much safe to say that it's Prowl. Also, just wanted to point out that a Frenzy like puppet has been seen on the set as well. Seeing as how Soundwave has been confirmed, my guess is that it's Rumble since he and Frenzy were both two of Soundwave's minions and both looked very simialer to eachother in the cartoons.
