I've been pitching long enough to know that she's throwin illegally and if she wants to get far with softball she needs some serious work!

flynnb16... (1) There is no mound, that would be baseball. In softball we have a circle. (2) The phrase your looking for is, "both feet are on the rubber". (3) But in all 4 pitches her right foot does leaves the rubber, twice! in each delivery. Look again, closely at the 3rd and 4th pitches. (4) She must present the ball with both hands together for at least 2 seconds in most leagues. (5) The ball passes her hip 5 times! prior to release. (6) She hides the ball behind her head. All illegal.

sfs2040, you must to address or present the ball with your ball hand and glove hand together some where in front of your body and hold. kreepykid189 says 1 second, it actually 2 seconds. BTW Her right foot does leave the rubber in all 4 pitches twice each time. In fact on her 3rd pitch at 0:35 seconds and on the 4th at 0:51 seconds it very obvious, she lifts her right foot as she moves it to her right then lifts it again when she moves it back towards her left foot. I'm sure she'll work on it.

LMAO wow. If she really has to go, just tell someone would ya!
kreepykid189 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
That's an illegal pitch for sure because of her hands. You need to hold the ball and glove together in front of your body for no less than 1 second before beginning your motion. Her feet are a whole other story, but this video isn't at the best angle to know what she's doing there. She would never be allowed to pitch like that anywhere I've played.
