these are good stretches I've been taking Tae Kwondo classes for about 4 years and its still a shame that I can't get very flexible but if I keep practicing this and some other peoples videos along with this I'm sure I'll be able to get at least a LITTLe more flexible lol

Thanks, this vid is meant for people new to stretching so I kept it simple. I was aware of the change of difficulty for all the moves, but not not the names so thanks :)

Hey, thanks for the sweet advice. FYI: That last seated stretch that you demonstrated is called the Pigeon Pose. To increase the difficulty on that one, the front leg can be set to more of a 90° angle (at the knee). Also, the alternate version where you leaned back... is called the King Pigeon Pose - only, to properly pull that one off, you should also bring the bottom of your rear foot up to cradle the back of your head. Keep rocking.
