I don´t understand how religious people (above all) get so scared and furious about Transcendental Meditation, like if it was a sort of menace.
IT IS NOT RELIGION AT ALL, calm down people.
Transcendental Meditation is not against anything.

i meditated for the first time 10 months ago, and my life has been a living hell ever since... ive had horrible pains in my head, as well as a constant pressure and a crackling, crunching sensation. i was totally healthy before i meditated... do a google search on "kundalini symptoms" before you decide to try meditation. i learned the hard way.

The inclusion of this music background is very welcoming...
It adds perspective and a critical note to David Lynch's dreamy language, made up by many inflated and ambiguous descriptions of panacea...

Meditation ceases the conscious mind, and lets our self experience pure nothingness. In that nothingness, we can experience sincere peace. I'm interested in finding out what else we can gain and gather from Meditation other than peace. It's a very interesting subject, and one that I personally study everyday.

Osho died of Heart failure. Just prior to this, he claimed he was poisoned.

I had not heard those things, as I have just been introduced to his ideas. I will take a look though. Maybe you are thinking of Bikram Choudhury? Mr. Hot Yoga? Where have you read these things about Osho? |
