The song is actually about a leaky roof...or at least that's what the artiste (who I think is wonderful) has said. As a gentleman he allows his woman in the room to remain in bed while he pushes up what should be keeping them from getting wet while they sleep...hence the wet dreams. People (and the BBC) let's get our minds out of the gutter here (hehehe).
