Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of a New World (or Knight of Ratatosk) is newer than Tales of the Abyss in Japan, I believe, and it hasn't even come out yet in America. Tales of Vesperia is the most recent in America until ToS 2 comes out. And Dragoonadept is right, Vesperia is made of win. ♥
