keeping her hands behind her head. Never hold up your head it just defeats the purpose of the exercise. The exercise is meant to work your abs bye holding up your heads you are making it easier and the exercise doesn't work.

so if you have belly fat,you can work your abs and have them but they wont show.
so what if you do ab workouts such as this one during your weight loss journey?
does that mean by the time you lose your fat you'll have abs??

uummm....wrong numbnuts...ab workouts also burn fat while building muscle...an abdominal workout should be included with any weight loss program

don't always use the same ab exercise, this work very well but change it up, once our muscles or body gets acustomed to a certain workout it would be harder to gain anything.
