Ive seen it so many times and I was so into the six-track Dolby stereo mix I might have been distracted by sound to the left or right or the split-surrounds where I just didnt notice the continuity errors in the editing and this should have been more perfect in many ways because the filmmakers could have added in something or removed with digital means during the editing of the film.

I always thought that the agent turning around to be shot in the forehead was actually showing how fast an agent moves, between the clip and the exit of the bullet from the barrel the agent was able to turn his whole body.
