hmmm ill dialed the activation number but i still get network connection lost everytime. i have done it several times and each time it has succesfully rebooted

a. yes that is how you reboot... just like a pc.
b. 401 unauthorized means you either didnt send in your number and password or they haven't proccesed it yet.

hi um duz reboot mean just to turn my phone off then on again? and also now it says htttp error: 401 Unauthorized... do u have any ideas on how to fix that?
