hahahaa chicken neck... I like that, you mind if I use that?

The question is completely legitimate. People WANT to and should know more about Palin. If someone was avoiding your perfectly legitimate question, you wouldn't let it drop either. She only got smirky when this guy started dodging and stammering so much. It was absurd and quite comical the way he just kept sidestepping this totally innocuous question. Reporters are SUPPOSED to be tough, this isn't high tea, it's politics. We need more plucky, honest 30's style reporters these days.

Did you even watch the video? She was not asking what the job of the governor was, she was asking for specific examples of decisions Palin has made regarding the National Guard in Alaska, since McCain is saying that this is what gives her command experience. If they are going to hype up her command experience, they should be able to give us some examples of that kind of leadership.

That would be legitimate had she asked it in a legitimate way. But for her to smirk and jeer at the man she asked to interview, it was not only rude, it was stupid of her. He was trying to answer and she kept smirking and demanding different answers. Also, for her not to know what a governor even does just shows she is the moron in this. Palin has had authority from this job, much more than Obama. Does that mean I like her better? Eh...I like both but the host of this show really is an idiot.

running mate haha run run
jellowrestling (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
That is absolutely correct. Most people have no clue what the function of the National Guard is, and Campbell Brown proves the point.

They probably figured Tucker had the balls to go on a program to speak as another whore for the republican party. They should have sent out ol' chicken - neck, Nancy Pfotenhauer the barnyard clone. At least she knows how to skirt a question, right before deep-throating the worm.
This surrogate (GOP whore) that went onto the Campbell's "hard hitting news show" to overwhelm her with his vast knowledge of facts distortion is the one you should be asking the question "How dare You".
elitenova (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Campbell brown is wrong. Gen. Petreus is in charge of the coalition forces in Iraq not the National Guard in Alaska. Every Gov. commands the national guard in a national crisis like a hurricane, riots and invasion.

how dare CNN and its reporters ask someone from the McCain Campaign a vaild question?? outrageous. I would have pulled out too. You shouldn't have to answer specific questions in a presidential campaign!!! |
