We need Hunter Thompson! Naomi, will you help fill the gap?
daderone (April 2, 2008 at 6:08 am)
yes she is. Good job. She's great

Brilliant, beautiful woman.

The "shock therapy" Naomi criticizes is action-based: the pushing through of highly unpopular (namely economic) policies after man-made or natural disasters. Yes, a reaction some may have to the little heard truth may be "shock," but it is faulty logic to assert a nexus between the message and the actions themselves and then try to claim they are one and the same.

It's funny that she criticizes "shock," yet shock is precisely the strategy she uses to put forth her argument.

Not tedium. I think you don't get her point. Try viewing all this vids again, at least two times.

yeah, she researched no logo.
TrustKovacss (January 20, 2008 at 11:25 am)
Naomi Klein looks familiar..is she the one that made No Logo?
kromando33 (December 16, 2007 at 6:38 am)
Prove it now.
Davey1977 (December 7, 2007 at 7:31 am)
Prove it. ...and even if she borrowed this story, it's just a humorous anecdote and has absolutely no relevance to anything. Calling someone a "liar" for telling a story is just ridiculous.
