The "Only You" clip was from 1959 at the earliest. Bob Denver helps the host introduce it, and the host calls him "Maynard". Denver started playing Maynard G. Krebs on the sitcom "The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis" when it premiered in 1959. Denver later went on to achieve immortal fame as Gilligan in "Gilligan's Island".
