I saw them last week (8/15) and was somewhat disappointed that michael mcdonald didn't show up out of nowhere to sing "I Got the News" It was an awesome experience cause it's probably the only one the great bands from the 60's/70's that I'll be able to see live

for everybody that gave LillaSophie a bad ratting on her comment. Its true they got there name from Naked Lunch a fictional book about a junkie universe and in it a sex show worker used the steely dan 3. Which was a steam driven dildo she would crush into a ball with her collapsible vagina for her stage trick. Fucked up book but good read to leave reality.

I'm 13 too and I live in sweden and they came to the jazz festival in Stockholm and then I went to see them and it was amazing!!! :)

I just saw Steely Dan live for the first time last night in concert. They were at the Nokia Center in Grand Prairie (Dallas). Wow! What a fabulous performance! Three hours without a break! Don Fagen has snow white hair now, but he looked and sounded just as good as ever...maybe better, actually. I felt that I was lucky enough to stumble into the presence of true musical genius last night. I will never miss an opportunity to see this band in concert again in the future.

Lol this brings back memories. when I was really young, around 3 or 4 my mom use to play this for me and my sister and we always use to dance in the family room. good song. good memories :]
