fact: not all computers are like your PC where specs vary between every individual machine. With other computers (like the DS or the C64 for instance) the cpu speed is always set. And coders use that! Try overclocking an old z80 based machine, you will notice that programmes will indeed run faster. Get a clue before calling names first kiddo, you have a lot to learn yet.
