Nope..It was a band consisted of the three instrumentalists of RATM (Tom Morello, Tim Commerford,Brad Wilk)and Chris Cornell of Soundgarden as their vocalist.

Tom Morello is the guitarist from Audioslave and joined in with RATM later on
