You should also research the inflation tax! The Federal Reserve is unneeded as well, the treasury department could literally protect the value of our dollar just by eliminating the great depression causing federal reserve! Go research Ben Bernanke when he even admitted that the Fed prolonged the Great Depression!

The origonal purpose of "income tax" was to pay for the expenses of the civil war. It even said so at the IRS website. If we keep it now, it helps enable people like President Bush to wage unnecessary wars. Our governemnt doesn't need the IRS, they want it. Lets get rid of the IRS cause I have better ways to spend MY money.

im not about to not pay my taxes and then fight the IRS in court having to pay a lawer and go even more in debt. So unless your face is right next to my ass, how do you know what hole im talking out of? Sir, is there something you would like to tell us?

Federal taxation is enforced by guns not law. There is no constitutional requirement for you to file and this decision is up held in the 'supreme' courts. For the sake of arguement and debunking my theories consider watching part 4 of freedom to fascism on youtube (there is an interview with the IRS commisioner who helped write the tax code 4 mins 30 seconds in).

I did an offer in compromise and dealt with the IRS. They are MONSTERS! I'm sure some of them get beat up because they almost pushed me to the limit! I ended up filing a return to get them off my ass but next time I see an IRS agent, I'll light his/her ass up!
