I am so sorry about Rookie! (If thats his name) I have never heard of him till now but I could tell he must have been such an amazing companion. I hope Rookie is doing fantastic where he is now and I hope he will always be with us.

this is really great stuff. dogs are great. i got bit as a kid and had trouble getting used to them but now im gettin over it and dogs are good freinds

a once in a livetime dog !! I am very fond of Rookie and the team work between Carolyn and her dog is awesome ! He is gone but he will never be forgotten !!!

Carolyn, I have a mobility dog "service dog Ike" who has been with me for about 8 years now, and we are so very close. I wanted to let you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers after the loss of your buddy. Ike has recently been dx with cancer as well. I am having a great deal of difficulty dealing with the magnitude of this realization that the realization that He is not going to be with me for a lot longer.
