I am glad to see that you take this action and that you also are working on spreading the good news; the information. A well made video. And Olivia Chow, you have a nice voice.

I changed all bulbs to compact florescent [I've saved ONLY $10 yr], put a 5-gallon pale in the shower to collect H2O for indoor/outdoor plants [most soaps don't harm plants and keep the bugs away], collect rainwater, recycle, compost, caulked all inside/outside windows, have insulated metal doors. Added more insulation in my attic and garage. Hang our clothes instead of using a dryer, used dishwasher 2X's in 4 yrs, have LED night-lights, replaced to low flow taps, showerheads and toilets.

this is great. I disagree on only one point: She says: "The planet is in serious trouble..." The planet is fine, and always will be. It is we humans who are in serious trouble. Earth Day should be renamed Human Day.

This video does not mean that you need to vote NDP, if you agree then don't vote for someone and sit back and have them force you to act, vote what you normally vote, but act on your own. People are making a difference more than the government is, like the people who got the wind turbine along the beach in Toronto. These pannels cost about $10,000 for the set since most people are asking how much these things cost.

keep in mind whatever costs are involved will only pay themselves off in the long run. I just switched to engergy efficent bulbs (i'd do more but i only rent) and the package actualy said how long they would need to run before they paid themselves off. most green techs should tell you this sort of thing, so if we want them installed just ask them
