great gun,got it 2 years ago ,cheap to shoot compared to other ones and great for home defense ,has alot of recoil due to composite plastic build but durable and inexspensive

Small critique. Don't show a black object against a black background...ie your shirt.
You can't see the details of the gun as they blend in with your shirt

I love the fact that you get it in the magazine of your choice.Kel-Tec probably boosted their sales a lot by doing doing that.

I'm not from the communist republic of Kalifornia, so I can't really help you out on their legal definitions. It is best in my opinion for you to talk to either a lawyer, or a very educated professional gun shop and finding out for sure.
It is 100% legal beyond a reasonable doubt in Ohio though.
