Why is it when a black person gets killed and there is someone white involved, it's always a hate crime? It's funny how when a white man kills 2 burglars its considered "racist". But when a white man gets killed by a black man for no apparent reason, it's because African Americans are "oppressed".

Obiously these people were scumbag theives and deserve to be in jail but Joe Horn was never threatened or ever in a position of danger. He does not have an excuse for killing anyone.
