It comes with a one way valve built into the system. Not all gold suckers sold on eBay come with a one way valve & they don't tell you that until you use it. Then you are left wondering why is every thing is coming back out the nozzle(NO ONE WAY VALVE)If eBayers are selling gold suckers & if there is no mention of a one way valve.Then you can bet there is NOT one installed. Thats just my opinion This gold sucker pump uses a 1 inch Nozzle. It also comes with a 1/2 inch nozzle in the kit. Each one is designed to take apart for easy cleaning/clogs see pictures. The main body lengh is 24" inch. Nozzle lenghs 7" inch Making a total lengh of 31" APPROX. This is ideal for kids & young teenagers or grown ups, to use. All my gold suckers now come with an AWESOME leather cup seal. All seal holders can be taken off the plunger Note you cannot buy these seals from the store. If you may think you will need a spare please add $2.50 with the purchuse & it will be shipped with the item ONE PULL & it is 3/4 to full of water & concentrate. To collect the concentrate just one pull back on the handle & all the way out you will be at least 3/4 full of water & concentrate.Having said that, it all depends on what you are pumping Don't be afraid of losing any water/concentrate. There will be little to no loss of anything due to a one way mechanizm being inside the housing.
